Follow these steps in order to receive either one of these certificates:

  1. Participants need to complete a total of seven courses, comprised of three required courses and four elective courses for a minimum total of 68 contact hours. All required and elective courses are listed here.
  2. Courses taken at different OTI Education Centers are transferable and can count towards the certificate program.
  3. Once training requirements are completed, fill out the application found on the MAOTIEC Website – www.oshamidatlantic.org.

When you submit your application, a $95 processing fee is required. You can email your application to info@oshamidatlantic.org and call in credit card information to 1-877-700-6212 or send the application and $95 processing fee to:
